Ecstasy Of Character
In the sufistic way of life only ecstasy of estate,
In the mulla’s way of life only ecstasy of speech,
Voice of the poet is lifeless and uninteresting,
Lost in thoughts, neither asleep nor awake,
I don’t find that mujahid man of struggle,
Whose every vein is permeated with ecstasy of struggle.
